Discovering the Archaeologists of Norway 2012-14 has been published in English. A Norwegian language version will be available shortly. Norwegian archaeology operates on a different model from that used in most European countries, as the majority of archaeologists are employed on short-term, temporary, seasonal contracts.
Published in both Czech and English, Discovering the Archaeologists of the Czech Republic 2012-14 examines the archaeological sector in a country with a growing private sector with many new small or medium enterprises.
The full national report, Discovering the Archaeologists of Slovakia 2012-14 has been published in both Slovakian and English language versions. Updating the picture in the Slovak Republic six years after the previous survey, where there is a small but highly qualified workforce - 99.5% of working archaeologists hold a Masters degree or higher.
